Winifred (Fritz) Kennedy – Avid golfer, great-grandmother to 10

Winifred (Fritz) Kennedy, 94, passed away on August 14, 2003 in
her home in Healdsburg. Her husband Jim Kennedy and daughters Helen
Kennedy and Peggy Underwood predeceased her. She leaves behind
granddaughters Rebecca Long of Petaluma, Tara Stephensen of Piedra,
and grandsons Jim, Joe and Mike Thor of Fresno, also 10
great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter (Lexy). Fritz
was an avid golf player and belonged to bridge and other card
clubs. She was a volunteer at Healdsburg Hospital for many years.
She will be remembered by many as a sweet, loving, happy, cheerful
and funny lady. Goodbye Fritz! Graveside services held at Oak Mound
Cemetery on Tuesday, August 19, 2003.
