Swan song – Senior Audrey DeVenuto cleared the ball in varsity soccer action for the Lady Jaguars. Windsor varsity teams suffered a first-round knockout in the NCS playoffs last week. 

Windsor High School soccer teams wrapped up a successful 2018-19 campaign in similar fashion on Feb. 13, as the varsity boys and girls teams each fell to first-round opponents in the North Coast Section playoffs.

The Lady Jaguars were the No. 10 seed in the NCS Division 2 tournament, falling to No. 7 seeded Bishop O’Dowd, 1-0. The ladies finished with a final season record of 7-10-3 and 5-4-3 in the inaugural North Bay League Oak Division.
The Windsor boys represented the No. 16 seed in their respective NCS Division 2 tourney, dropping a 2-0 decision to No. 1 seeded league rival Montgomery. The Jaguars finished the season with an overall record of 5-10-5 and 1-6-3 in the NBL Oak Division.
