Jags’ hat trick
Windsor began arguably its best stretch of the season on Jan. 23 at Maria Carrillo, taking command with a pair of goals in the first half before adding an insurance tally after intermission en route to a 3-0 win.
Goal scorers for the Jags included Dylan Eddy, Dylan Manfredi and Chiquis Urincho. Miles Monroe logged an assist, while goalie Leo Bossard notched the shutout.
Windsor was locked in a heated skirmish with visiting Ukiah on Jan. 25, with the Jaguars getting goals from Eddy and Ray Duenas to take a 2-1 halftime lead. The Wildcats scored to knot the contest at 2-2, but Manfredi would find the net on a header off a corner kick with 10 minutes left to lift the Jags to a 3-2 win.

The Jaguars wrapped up a busy week on Friday in a defensive battle at Santa Rosa, a match that featured outstanding defensive play on both sides. Deadlock in a scoreless tie for the first 88 minutes, the Jags ended the madness with two minutes to go in regulation when Barragan took a pass from teammate Derek Neidlinger and drove it into the net for a 1-0 victory.
Bossard logged his seventh shutout of the campaign in goal for Windsor.
