Soltanizadeh an impact player for baseball team
Freshman infielder Joseph Soltanizadeh has been a huge addition to the WHS varsity baseball team this spring, making contributions with both his bat and glove. A solid fielder, Soltanizadeh has been equally good at the plate, collecting a team-best six hits in a pair of NBL playoff games with El Molino and Piner last week.
Hernandez a proven veteran for softballers   Â
Junior softball infielder Gracie Hernandez is in the midst of a great spring campaign for the Lady Jaguars, showing leadership and production each game. Hernandez, among the top hitters on a strong team, turned in a solid performance in an NBL playoff game with Analy on May 7, ripping two hits in four trips, while driving in a run. Â Â
