William D. “Don” Cadd – World War II veteran

William D. “Don” Cadd passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2003 in
Santa Rosa. Loving husband of the late Margaret Cadd. Beloved
brother of Jack and Lynn Cadd, and Den and Jane Cadd all of Santa
Rosa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A native
of Healdsburg, he lived his entire life in Sonoma County. He was a
member of the United States Army Air Corps, he served in World War
II. He worked for the Sanitation Department in the city of
Healdsburg for 38 years. He was a member of the American Legion
Post 111, Healdsburg, the 40/8 and SIRS. He was 89 year old. He was
well loved by his nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be on
Saturday, August 9, 2003 at the Villa Chanticleer at 10 a.m. Those
desiring may make memorial contributions to the hospice of choice
or the Yountville Vets Home.
