Walter James Cinollo, 52, passed away at home in Oakland on
Friday, January 21, 2005. Walter was the loving partner of Marie
Taylor and the father of Regina and Kelli. He was preceded in death
by his father Frank, his mother Florence and his brother
Christopher. He is survived by his stepmother Mickey of
Geyserville; his siblings Mary of Hayward, Laura of Santa Rosa,
Regina of Castro Valley and Tim of Santa Rosa; Regina and Kelli’s
mother Kathryn; grandchildren Jessi, Ashley, Angelo, Mariah, Dillon
and Stevie; and nieces and nephews JoJo, Desiree and Heather.
Walter was a long time volunteer and supporter of Bread and Roses
and a graduate of the Delancey Street Foundation. Over the last 14
years, his loved ones have been so lucky and proud to see him
transform a troubled life into one in which he was able to fulfill
his dreams and pursue his passions of music, riding his Harley and
being a positive influence and loving participant in the lives of
his friends and family. A celebration of Walter’s life was held on
Saturday, January 29, at Santa Fe Catering in Hayward. Interment
was held at Olive Hill Cemetery in Geyserville on Sunday, January
30, 2005. Donations in his name may be made to Delancey Street
