Virginia Dalton – successful business woman

Virginia Dalton entered into rest on July 14, 2003 in
Cloverdale. She was the wife of the late Clair Dalton and loving
mother of Patricia Means of Santa Clarita, Ken Dalton of
Healdsburg, and Richard Dalton of Falmouth, Maine. She is the
mother-in-law of Bob Means, Arlene Dalton and Linda Dalton. She is
the grandmother of nine and the great-grandmother of seven.
Virginia was a past member of the Professional Business Women’s
Club and involved in the food industry all her life. Prior to
retirement and moving to Healdsburg, she resided in Laguna Beach
where she owned a tea-room. Even in retirement she continued to
involve herself with food through Bon Appetit and Gourmet
magazines. Friends attended an inurnment at the Shiloh Cemetery in
Windsor on Monday, July 21, 2003. In lieu of flowers, donations may
be sent to Orthopaedic Hospital, 2400 South Flower Street, Los
Angeles, CA 90007-2697 in Virginia’s memory.
