Verlinda Church

Verlinda Church, a native of Maryland and longtime Sonoma County
resident, died Nov. 5, 2007. She was 67. She was best known as
“Louise” by family and friends and is survived by her husband of 45
years Larry E. Church of Sebastopol. Also surviving is
mother-in-law Ruth C. Church of Sebastopol, brother Bill E. Green
and his wife Cherie of Petaluma, sister-in-law Sandy Green of
Rohnert Park and sister-in-law Evelyn Dryer (Hobert) of Hidden
Valley.
Also surviving are children Thomas Church and his wife Lydia of
Colma, Jack D. Church and his wife Gabriella of Sebastopol, Larry
T. Church and his partner Shirley Drumright of Sebastopol and Tim
E. Church and his partner Michael T. Stansfield of Sonoma.
She was preceded in death by her father Roman N. Green, her
mother Ethel M. Jenkins and brothers Theodore S. Green and Walter
R. Green. She was a proud grandmother of eight grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Nov. 8, 2007 at the Sebastopol
Memorial Lawn and officiated by Rev. R. Rich Cundall, Hessel Union
Church.
