Vera Mae Kimsey Wilkinson was born on Dec. 14, 1931 in Arcata, CA to Ben and Olive Kimsey. She was proceeded in death by husband of 59 years Bill Wilkinson; brothers Vernard and Delmar “Shee” Kimsey; sisters Marie Barry and Iren Kaisi; recent passing of son-in-law John Treankle.
She was proud of her Native American heritage of the Hoopa Valley Tribe. She was a charter member of the Cloverdale Senior Center, 40+ year member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxilary and 40+ year member and Master of the Cloverdale Grange.
She leaves daughters Linda (Jim) Pankey, Beverly (Marty) Barber, and Marie Treankle; grandchildren Mike (Denaire) Nixon, James and Dave Pankey, Alicia Sharp Carter (Bryon), Martin Barber (Erica), Steve (Stephanie) Treankle, Sarah Hernandez (Douglas), Scott Treankle; 17 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; plus numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Cloverdale Grange on March 31 at 1 p.m.
