Top job

Editor: I am hearing continued rumors that Paul Kelley has
applied for the top job at the Sonoma County Water Agency. This has
me concerned on a couple of levels. First, politicians are not
exactly known for their superior management skills and this is
largely a management job. Second, isn’t he busy raising money and
running for re-election? Is it really ethical to be doing both at
the same time? Pick a job Mr. Kelley.
