“Special Interest” reception with Dick ‘n Dubya will cost
you $100, but you can enjoy a reception for lobbyists and pioneers
at the Starlight Wine Bar in Sebastopol. The reception starts at 5
p.m., show at 6:30. Pre-show event includes jokes and laughter with
the comedians, wine or beer, appetizers, and reserved seating for
