will offer a “Fun with Wine – Basics,” a four-week series of
vineyard-to-wine glass education classes that cover sensory
components, the vineyard, winemaking, wine & food pairing and
more. Classes are held at the Russian River Wine Co., 132 Plaza St.
on four Thursdays, August 5, 12, 19 and 26, from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
The cost is $130 for all four sessions, including wine.

More than 25 shiny, vintage Ford
Mustangs

will roll into Healdsburg on Sunday, July 25 for a three-hour
public display at Optima Wine Cellars, honoring the 40th
anniversary of the Mustang automobile and celebrating the release
of Optima’s Project Fastback wine.
The event, which will be held in the winery’s parking lot at 498
Moore Ln. in Healdsburg, located off North Street a few blocks west
of Healdsburg Plaza. The cars will be on display from noon to 3
p.m. There is no charge to the public.
