Kittens, kittens everywhere
The Forgotten Felines of Sonoma County needs a variety of
volunteers for its work rescuing feral cats. The organization is
running out of foster homes for its animals and is asking for help.
They also need volunteers to trap the feral kittens for the
adoption program and to assist with the spay/neuter program for
adult cats. There are positions open at the Pick of the Litter, the
thrift and gift shop. The next volunteer training is set for
Saturday, July 10. To register for the training, or to try your
hand at foster parenting a cat, contact them at 576-7999.
