It’s just about harvest time
and Chateau Souverain is celebrating with special winery tours
and private barrel tastings. The winery will conduct harvest tours
for guests beginning Aug. 15 and continuing through Oct. 15. Guests
will travel from the vineyard to the crush pad to the cellar,
following the journey of the grape to wine. In the barrel room
guests will sample young wines on their way to the finished
product. Tickets are $15 per person, including the tour and barrel
samples. Tours can be scheduled by calling 433-8281.
