Stanley Bengston

Stanley Carl “Stan” Bengston, 82, died on Dec. 13 in his
Sebastopol home. Born, raised and educated in Santa Rosa, he lived
in Sonoma County his whole life. He graduated from Santa Rosa High
in ’38 and married Helen Farmer on Oct. 4, 1942. He was a life long
member of Boy Scouts and achieved Eagle Scout rank. He was on the
state champion livestock judging team and was a member of the
Future Farmers Organization. He is survived by his wife, his
children Alan Bengston, David and his wife, Carol Bengston, Janice
and her husband Michael Clayson, his grandchildren Michelle
Clayson, Lisa Clayson, Katie Bengston and Dee Dee Bengston and
great-granddaughter Dominique.
