Enjoy Your Spring; Use Your Brain Reserve
Every person has more brain power than we ever need. It’s only
our self talk and self image as elders that makes us believe our
brains are turning to mush. Understanding how the brain works and
how to work it is a key to enjoying your massive brain power to
it’s fullest. This four part series will explore the different
parts of your brain and how you can access them more effectively.
Chance Massaro, M.A. has been translating recent brain research
into practical and fun ways to remember what you want, converse
with others and be creative. You will be really happy with your
results!
Each Friday class will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Fee: $15
for one session, $40 for the series – register by 3/31/11
