HAPPY TRAILS — Turning in strong efforts at an Oct. 24 dual meet at Ragle Ranch Regional Park were Analy’s Jimmy Carreras and El Molino’s Cassius Phillips.

West county bragging rights were on the line for the annual cross country clash between Analy and El Molino on Oct. 24 in Sebastopol, with the North Bay League Redwood Division rivals toeing the starting line on the 2.65-mile Ragle Ranch Regional Park course.
The Tigers took full control of their home course this year, using depth and talent to post a clean sweep.
Analy posted a 23-36 win in the varsity boy’s 2.65-mile race, while the Lady Tigers recorded a 17-38 victory. The Tigers also scored a clean sweep in both JV races.
With the wins, the Tigers’ boys and girls squads stayed unbeaten at 4-0 in league meets this fall, with just a Wednesday, Oct. 31 home date with undefeated Windsor left on the NBL schedule to decide first place. The first race is 3:45 p.m.
Winners in each of the varsity races from the Oct. 24 meet included El Molino’s Jake Chauvin and Analy freshman phenom, Carolina Dawson.
