Local runners gearing up for SCL Championships on Saturday
West County runners will be in pursuit of peak performance this Saturday, Nov. 5 when the Running Lions and Tigers toe the starting line at Spring Lake in Santa Rosa for the Sonoma County League Championship meet.  The first race starts at 9 a.m.
Last week, both teams wrapped up the league regular season schedule with a pair of dual meets on Oct. 26, with El Molino hosting Piner at Riverfront Park while the Tigers entertained visiting Healdsburg at Ragle Ranch Park.
