Local high school cross country teams resumed their respective league schedules on Oct. 25 after a three-week hiatus due to the fires and resulting unhealthy outdoor air, hitting the North Bay trails in a pair of meets.
The El Molino Lions played host to the visiting Piner Prospectors on their home course at Riverfront Park, while the Analy Tigers ventured north to Healdsburg’s Hoot Owl Creek Vineyards to take on the Greyhounds and Petaluma Trojans.
