Pinot on the River II
takes place Oct. 28 – 30 with activities centered at the Retreat
Resort & Spa in Guerneville. A three-day pass is $625 per
person and a Grand Tasting ticket is $49 per person. More than 60
pinot noirs will be presented. Tasting seminars, evening events,

Alexander Valley’s First Weekend in
November (Nov. 5 -6)
is all about merlots this year. Participating wineries include
Stryker Sonoma, Robert Young Estate Winery, Clos du Bois Wines,
Trentadue, Murphy-Goode Winery, and Vérité. There is a nominal
tasting fee at each location to taste the merlots and other wines.
