It is with the deepest sadness that the family of Roberta (Bobbie) Olivia Rellinger-Stafford announce her passing from complications related to Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency. Bobbie passed away on Tuesday, February 19th at her home on River Road in Cloverdale surrounded by her family. She was 71 years-old at her time of passing.
Bobbie will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 47 years, Gary Buti, their son and daughter, Nathan Buti and Allison Buti-Shapiro, and her father-in-law, Bruno Buti. She will be greatly missed by her friends in and around the Cloverdale community.
Bobbie was an active member of the Alpha-1 Association and served for many years as a Support Group Leader for people with Alpha-1 in Northern California. She enjoyed MahJongg, a lively book club with friends, and adored all members of the canine family. Beagles, in particular. She appreciated good wine and only the best Italian food. –
A private celebration of Bobbie’s life will be hosted by the family in April. Donations in memory of Bobbie may be made to the Alpha-1 Foundation (https://www.alpha1.org/).
