died on July 23 in Yreka. Raised in Sebastopol, he served as a
Sea Bee in the Navy during the Korean War. While living in
Sebastopol, he helped found the Sebastopol Boy’s Club and coached
many sports including boxing, little league and, his favorite,
football. He was defensive coodinator for the Sebastopol Bobcats
from 1970 to 1977.
