Richard Scott Jackson – Veteran and electronic engineer

Richard Scott Jackson passed away in Healdsburg Sunday Nov. 4,
2007 at the age of 78. He was a loving husband for 56 years of the
late Patricia D. Jackson and beloved father of Randy Jackson of
Healdsburg. He was a devoted grandfather to Rachelle, Alicia and
Dane Jackson, all of Healdsburg. He is also survived by nieces,
nephews, and cousins in California, Colorado, Oregon and
Washington.
Richard was an electronic engineer and designed cable systems
for United Artists, General Electric and several other cable
companies. He served in the U. S. Army and was a veteran of the
Korean War.
A private entombment will be at Sunset Memorial Park in Coos
Bay, Oregon. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial
contributions be made to The American Heart Fund.
