Healdsburg District Hospital (HDH) has hired Danielle Lagana as Practice Administrator with Healdsburg Physician Group (HPG). As Practice Administrator she will focus on several of the medical services provided by HPG including primary care, women’s health, occupational medicine and specialty care.
With more than 14 years of healthcare management experience, Lagana said, “Quality patient care is my primary concern along with quality control and meeting all of our compliance issues. The goal for my position is to continually deliver excellence in the care we provide to our patients and the communities we serve.”
Lagana is in the process of receiving her Master of Science in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. She recently worked for the university as the Ambulatory Services Manager where she oversaw several clinics, including nephrology, endocrine and rheumatology as well as the scheduling call center and scheduling analytics team.
“Danielle Lagana is a welcome addition to the Healdsburg District Hospital team and we look forward to her having a positive impact in her role as Practice Administrator for Healdsburg Physician Group,” said Nancy Schmid, CEO of HDH.
Healdsburg District Hospital serves the North Sonoma County Healthcare District, which includes Windsor, Healdsburg, Geyserville, Cloverdale and the Alexander Valley. The hospital offers both primary and specialty care physicians. It has an acute care facility with a Certified Primary Stroke Center, Wound Care Center and an Emergency Care Facility.
