The Healdsburg Police Department is asking for help from the
public in finding a suspect in an armed robbery that occurred on
Johnson Street on Oct. 30.
James Cody Solheim, 24, is one of three suspects in the armed
robbery of three large ziploc bags of marijuana stolen from Rick
Jones, a resident of Johnson Street.
Jones told police he let two men and one woman who he knew, into
his house to look at some medical marijuana when one of the
suspects drew a handgun and ordered Jones to lay on a bed while the
marijuana was taken. No one was injured during the robbery.
Police arrested suspect Melissa Ann Hirshfield, 25, in Santa
Rosa on the afternoon of Nov. 3. Hirshfield has been charged with
robbery, burglary, possession of amphetamine and possession of a
syringe and was booked into custody at the Sonoma County Jail.
Healdsburg police are now asking that anyone with information
about the whereabouts of Solheim contact the Healdsburg Police
Department at 431-3377. Police say the public should not take
direct action in attempting to apprehend Solheim, but may provide
information that aids in his capture.
Solheim is 5’10” tall and 145 pounds with brown hair and hazel
eyes. He has a tattoo of “707” on his right arm.
