The Healdsburg Planning Commission has two projects on its agenda for Tuesday night.
The first is a design review of the clubhouse and recreation buildings for the Saggio Hills resort project. The overall project has already been approved, so the planners will be seeing and commenting on design review only.
The second item is a new proposed commercial center at 255 Dry Creek Road, just west of Grove Street. The project, called the “Dry Creek and Grove Business Center” and submitted by John Dayton, calls for two commercial buildings and parking on a lot just under an acre in size. The parcel is currently used by a car dealer for parking commercial vehicles.
