Coach Mark Stainer’s team had to come from behind and then hold on for the 31-30 victory over St. Vincent of Petaluma in this week’s Catholic Youth Organization game of the week. The winning 7th grade boys represent Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and evened their league record at 1-1.

The Windsor team trailed 15-13 at halftime. Then a 15-point third quarter offensive explosion put the locals up by five heading into the final period. Both teams struggled at the free throw line and the winning basket ended up being a three-point shot by Scott Wong. Jarelle Davenport led the OLG squad with eight points. Kailer Behrens and T.J. Karriker followed with six and five respectively. Wong and Drew Kurczeski both added three points.
