May 5, 1916 - Feb. 2, 2018

On the afternoon of Thursday, February 8th, the good Lord called Leland home to be with him. He passed peacefully at home with his beloved dog and companion, Chase, by his side. No more will the people of Cloverdale see the white truck driving through town with the black and white dog in the passenger seat. Leland ended his life doing what he always loved and that was spending time and working on his ranch, he was a farmer through and through. The family invites you to come and celebrate his life at Grace Lutheran Church in Cloverdale on Sunday, February 18, at 2:00pm. Reception to follow.

October 18, 1925 — January 26, 2018

Becky passed away at the age of 52 on December 19th 2017 after 12 days in HGH's ICU. Rebecca was born January 27th 1965 to Leland and Sharon Hale of Cloverdale. Becky was a life long resident of Sonoma County and had graduated Cloverdale High School in 1983. The Natural Look, Makers Mark, Papa's Pizza, The Waterbed Factory are just a few of the places she has worked in and around Cloverdale.

William “Bill” Dennis Senteney, 85, of Cloverdale, passed away Christmas Eve 2017 at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. Bill was born in Kelseyville, California to Douglas Lester Senteney and Ruth Viola Senteney on August 22, 1932 and was the youngest of four sisters and two brothers.

Loretta Marie von Schleicher Harris (April 22 1929- January 14, 2018) died last week after a short illness. She was 88. Loretta was born in Eagle Rock, CA on April 22, 1929, graduating from Eagle Rock High School High School and married Robert Harris in 1947. Together, they lived in Oceanside and Carlsbad, CA before relocating to Northern California in 1965 with their daughter Nancy. She worked for both the Pacific Bell Phone Company and the Emporium during her working life. She and her family enjoyed car travel throughout the west all her life. She enjoyed a long retirement in a house her husband designed and built in Grass Valley, CA. She moved to Cloverdale last year, to be close to family.
