Mary Patricia Brandt

BRANDT, Mary - Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by all her family on December 25, 2018. Known to her family as “Mimi,” she will always be remembered as the Matriarch of the Brandt family, and a lifelong resident and community supporter of Healdsburg.

Kay (Ovard) Gerszewski

Kay was born in 1940 in Murray, Utah. She grew up in that area and graduated from Jordan High School in 1958. In 1961, she married John Ovard. The marriage produced three sons, Christian, Corbin and Justin. Sadly, Corbin died shortly before his third birthday. The marriage came apart in 1987.

Gregorio De Luna

Longtime Windsor/Healdsburg resident, Gregorio De Luna, passed away at the age of 83 on Thursday, December 27, 2018, after a long illness. He is survived by his wife, nine children, twelve grandchildren and numerous extended family members.

Teresita Josefa Collins

Teresita Josefa Collins, age 58, died unexpectedly Dec 12, 2018. She was a former resident of Windsor, CA, but her heart was always in San Francisco, her birthplace and where she last resided.

Larry Lee Drake

Larry Lee Drake was born July 18, 1939 in Bremerton, Washington and passed away December 3, 2018 at Healdsburg Hospital. Survived by his wife June Drake, brother Dennis (Barbara), son James D. and daughter Clara J. A private family service will be held at a later date.

Arnold M. Haug

Private services have been held for Arnold Haug who passed away peacefully on November 13th, 2018, surrounded by his beloved and adoring family. Arnold was born December 23rd, 1929, in Elk Point, South Dakota. He married his high school sweetheart Ruthita Haug, who also happened to share his birthday. Arnold went into the Marines in 1951 and was honorably discharged in 1953. After being discharged from the Marines, Arnold and Ruthita relocated to Cloverdale, California, where they have lived for the past 70 years.

Margaret-Ann (Barber) Meyer – Oct. 31, 1931 – Nov. 25, 2018

Margaret-Ann (Barber) Meyer died after a 7-year battle with Alzheimer’s. She is survived by her husband Jacob L. Meyer; children Kathleen Werder, Stephen Barber, Kristy Juliano, Kevin Barber; grandchildren Jeffrey Werder, Keri Duffy, Lola Hussey, Kristofer Werder, Rechael Garcia, Kyle Truelsen, Sharlene Barber-Kennedy, Kiera Ilusorio Garrone, Craig Barber, Cherish Macias, Nicole Barber, Brance Barber, Dustin Barber, Aaron Barber, Shawna Patin, and Marlaina Barber; 17 great grandchildren; sister Phyllis Whittiker; and brother John Willoughby. She was predeceased by sons Patrick “Bruce” Barber, Shawn Barber, and her parents Ann and John Willoughby.

Evelyn Joyce Rutherford

Evelyn “Evie” Joyce Rutherford (Limperis) died peacefully on October 31, 2018 in Napa, California at the age of 79.

Tamarind Blackmon Driver

Tamarind Blackmon Driver passed away on 11/3/2018, born 11/14/1997. Tamarind lived his entire life in Cloverdale. Attended all 3 schools in Cloverdale and graduated from Cloverdale High in 2015. Tamarind was awarded the Doyle Scholarship and Knights of Columbus Scholarship as well. He then pursued his higher education at Cal State Monterey.
