Eugene Ferruccio Gianoli graduated to Heaven on 29 August, 2019. Born at the Cloverdale clinic to Ferruccio and Flossie Gianoli on 24 August, 1931, Geno was affectionately known as “Mr. Cloverdale” for his selfless community volunteer work.

Geraldine passed away peacefully; by her side was her loving husband Kalolo Pale of 33 years. Also by her side was her loving brother Robert F. Cook. Proceeded in death by her loving brother Ed C. Cook Jr. Survived by her loving sister Jean D. Cook and by many nieces and nephews.
Faye Ellen Bill
Long-time Cloverdale resident Faye Ellen Bill passed away on August 9, 2019 peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. In 2017 she was diagnosed with a rare cancer. Urachal cancer occurs in roughly about one person per 1 million people. She fought a long battle trying different treatments and studies, not letting any of it slow her down.

Alice Cadence Read, 28, born 1/14/1991, died with her family at her bedside 7/28/2019. Alice is survived by her mother, Carole Hayes-Read, and her father, Arthur John Read. On her mother’s side she is survived by her uncle Harald Oyen of Mill Valley; her aunt and uncle, Nancy and Mark Svennungsen of Whitefish, MT; and her aunt and uncle, Wallace Arleigh and Diane Hayes of San Jose, CA. On her father’s side she is survived by her aunt Marilyn Read and Rudy Knoop of Sebastopol and Chattanooga,TN respectively; and her aunt and uncle Ge and Charlie Read of Oakland, CA. She was preceded in death by her Grandma Bea (Hayes), her aunt Janet Oyen, and her Grandma Elinore (Read) and her uncle Phillip Read.

Helen Irene Bonfigli
Helen Irene Bonfigli, a lifelong Sonoma County community member and West County native, who operated numerous successful West County businesses over the course of five decades, and whose avoidance of the limelight of success belied her shrewd business acumen, passed away, in comfort and at peace, at the age of 86 on July 8, 2019, after a sudden, brief illness. And she still possessed a keen, agile mental acuity and intellect that rivaled or exceeded those half her age and continued to manage her own affairs right up to the time of the onset of her most recent illness.

Passed away in her home on Thursday, June 27, 2019 from sudden cardiac arrest at the age of 66. Wendy will always be held in the hearts of her husband, John, daughter Hilary and son-in-law Dominic Rivera, daughter Heather and son-in-law Shain Davis, and Mateo, her adorable 20-month-old grandson. She is survived by her brother David Woods and his wife Kristen, sister Suzanne and her husband Stephen Fisher, and brother Thomas Woods.

Born to George and Genevieve Brown, Nancy grew up on her family farm in Applegate, Oregon and attended Grants Pass High School and Southern Oregon College, where she met David Randolph, her husband of 44 years.
