Myrta Olds was born in New York on July 8, 1941. She passed away
in the Sebastopol Mobile Home Park on Sept. 22, 2006. She graduated
from high school in New York. She moved to Europe for about 10
years, then came back to the United States to start her own public
relations business in San Jose. She lived for a time in Bodega Bay,
where she loved to watch the fishing boats. She spent the last
three years of her life in Sebastopol, where she would frequently
go to Apple Trees restaurant and talk to the chefs in Spanish.
Myrta leaves behind her cat that is known for ripping up paper,
rightly named Ripply. Myrta died from a heart attack and diabetes.
