Misty Penney Willin, 57, died on Dec. 26.

Born in Kew Gardens, New York, she came to California in
1970.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Willin of Cotati, her
children Tara Bardella of Forestville and Jenny Courts of
Sebastopol and step-mother to Guy Raggio of Santa Rosa, Patti
Raggio of Mountain Ranch and Mitchell, James and Spencer Willin of
Rohnert Park and many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great
nieces and nephews. She was mother-in-law to Matt Bardella, Mike
Courts and Kindera Raggio. She is also survived by her sister, Jean
Bohren of Jacksonville, Florida and her husband, Bill, and friends
Janlyn Heath and Mary Jo Kinser of Sebastopol. She was also the
wife for 20 years of the late Donald Raggio who passed away 10
years ago. She worked at Macy’s Furniture in Coddingtown for seven
years and was very grateful for all their support during her
illness. She attended Occidental Community Church for 19 years and
taught a Women’s Bible study for the last eight years, organized
the Women’s Retreat for the last 15 years and was involved for
years in its Women’s Ministries and Prayer Group. In lieu of
flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Pleasant Hill
Christian School, 1782 Pleasant Hill Rd., Sebastopol.
