Jane Elizabeth Linn was born in Santa Rosa, CA on July 6, 1962, to Shirley and Keith Barnhart. She grew up in Cloverdale, and went on to work as an Animal Health Technician at the Cloverdale Animal Hospital. In 1999, she moved to San Jose where she attended De Anza College, receiving her Paralegal Certification. She was employed as a court clerk at the Superior Court of Santa Clara County for nearly 15 years, where she was much beloved by her colleagues. She was known for her love of animals, her witty sense of humor and her exemplary work in the courtroom. She is survived by her children, Rebecca Camille Linn and William Benjamin Linn, granddaughter Kayleigh, her father Milo K. Barnhart, and sisters Lettie Smith and Cassandra Grossman. A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, Nov. 12, 4 p.m., at the United Church of Cloverdale: 439 N. Cloverdale Blvd, Cloverdale, CA. Contact
