Opening on April 7
The Windsor Certified Farmers Market opens on Sunday, April 7 for the 2019 season.

Many of our community favorites will be back this year – Soda Rock Farms and Min Hee Hill Gardens will have their famous veggie and herb starts to get your own garden growing right. Other local farmers back at Market will be Takenoko Farms with their Windsor pasture raised pork, Blasi Ranch with seasonal produce and Gary’s professional knife sharpening, F & B Farms delicious raspberry jellies and syrups, plus more farmers joining us weekly.
There will be plenty to eat with Charlie’s BBQ, Santa Rosa Seafood, BurtoNZ Bakery, Red Bird Bakery, Fruity Moto, Cookie…take a bite! and new vendors such as Wine Country Cookout with Southern brunch choices and The Tamale Factory with Non-GMO Organic Tamales with whole corn masa and local ingredients. Local artists and crafters will be back for gift shopping and season opens with live Bluegrass with the Jam Nation Band.
Windsor Salud! Health + Wellness Festival – April 14
The Town of Windsor and the Northern Sonoma County Health Care Foundation will be organizing this Free event with healthy activities, information and services. Windsor Garden Club will be having their Annual Spring Plant Sale and our Kidz Dig It Club will be having a Kidz Cooking Class from 11-12 in the East Pavilion, making green eggs and ham bites. Live music and entertainment on 2 stages – in the Market we have a new group called the Russian River Ramblers. Hope to see you there.
NEW EVENT – Easter Sunday Brunch on the Green – 9 am to Noon, April 21
Bring the whole family to the Town Green for Easter Brunch. All the picnic tables in the Tree Grove will be decked out in Spring clothes and flowers, the Kidz Dig It Club will be making Easter bonnets and decorating eggs and local restaurants are coming out to serve a beautiful Easter Brunch with china and silver. Windsor Chamber will be serving Mimosas & Marys.

Schnitzel and Gravy – wild mushrooms and sausage gravy, potato pancake and eggs
Braised Short Rib Hash with eggs and Hollandaise
Avocado Toast with eggs, espelette pepper and arugula
Potato Pancakes with Smoked Salmon
Tisza Griddle – Pancake Sandwich with fried egg and crispy bacon
Plus fresh fruit cups and parfaits.
Wine Country Cookout will be serving:
Shrimp & Grits with white cheddar and braised greens
Fried Chicken & Biscuit Waffle with pepper jam
Pear & Cinnamon Pies
