Cloverdale resident since 1999
What brought you here?
My mother moved up to Cloverdale in 1978 and I drove up to be with her every other weekend from Daly City. I loved the little town, my mother loved it and then when she passed in 1999 I moved up here, into her house.
What keeps you here?
I had opened my business, The Mail Center, in Santa Rosa and was commuting from here, and then in July of 2006 I moved it to Cloverdale. I fell even more in love with the town and there are lots of volunteering opportunities, which I really love. I love working with the service groups in Cloverdale because they are so dedicated to children. It makes me feel that Cloverdale has a big heart. The people I’ve met in my business and the friends I’ve made through volunteering and my church are my family.
