1:18pm A hit-and-run accident occurred at CVS Pharmacy on Center Street. The reporting party (RP) indicated her vehicle was hit and the suspect was trying to leave. Officers responded and arrested a 48-year-old (YO) woman for driving under the influence of alcohol.

A 30-year-old (YO) man was stopped for lacking properly displayed license plates near Otoro Sushi on Healdsburg Avenue. He was cited and released for driving with a license and an open container of soy sauce.

1:51pm. A subcontractor was removed from a job site on Healdsburg Avenue but returned with four other males. When confronted, they claimed they were there to work. They were escorted off the premises again and later the reporting party (RP) noticed damage...
Police Log, May 5-11
Saturday, May 10, 5:25-9:39pm: Multiple incidents regarding the same woman who called the PD requesting assistance but could not be found when officers arrived. Other RPs also called about the woman's irrational behavior and yelling, from Vine Street, the High School and Healdsburg District Hospital. She called 911 nine times over the day but remained uncooperative. Police are aware of her identity but as of yet she has not been charged with a crime.

It’s no secret that people in Sonoma County were growing cannabis before the January 1 legalization took place. Now, those who want to cultivate for profit can do so legally, but for most cannabis growers, coming out into the light can be a risky move.
