Relay for Life Thanks
Editor: Relay for Life of Windsor was held the weekend of July 19. The Relay raised almost $65,000 and counting.  Relay participants would like to thank the many businesses for their generous contributions to our cause. Special thanks to our wonderful Kiwanis Club. They arrive very early Sunday morning to provide a free breakfast, along with welcoming smiles, for weary walkers.  Thanks to the Windsor Times for their coverage of our Relay efforts. Relay for Life is the signature fundraising event of the American Cancer Society. The money raised helps fund cancer research and provides services for cancer patients.  The American Cancer Society funds research for all types of cancer.  A personal thank you to my unsinkable team, Life Savers.
