Counting the moments
Editor: Months ago, I questioned the Sebastopol Library’s retrofit priorities and how many people, and at what cost, does it take to install energy efficient light bulbs? I was being slightly flip regarding the costs and the fact that the number of wi-fi and computer hookups was going to be doubled. Estimated time of completion was 90-120 days. Hopefully there will be a London Olympics type rush-to-finish-on-time effort because they are at day 100 and looking in the window, it looks about the same as it did 90 days ago … very unfinished. Please tell me the 120 day completion date is still the plan.
