What do you want for Cloverdale?
EDITOR: Tuesday, Feb. 28, members of the city council will be working towards a final draft of the Cloverdale marijuana ordinance. Specifically, dispensaries and outdoor cultivation. These are important issues and will have an impact on our community. I feel we should press the “pause” button (as Marin County and Santa Cruz County) to allow our community to have the opportunity to comment or ask questions. Hopefully, the council will schedule a couple of town hall meetings. If you feel more information and discussion is needed, I invite you to attend the next Cloverdale City Council meeting, Tuesday, Feb. 28 at 6:30 p.m. at the Cloverdale Performing Arts Center. In addition, Sonoma County Supervisor James Gore will be the first to speak at the meeting.

EDITOR: Dearest Ruth McGowan’s/Cloverdale Ale Company, co-workers, bosses, this amazing community, and customers, all who are friends and family. My heart is filled with so much gratitude from the outpouring of love and support this community has given me. I want to give all of me to you, because you gave all of you for me. Your prayers, support and unforgettable spirits fill me with such hope and promise. You are all beautiful; there isn’t a place in this world that compares to the way Cloverdale takes care of it own.
Thank you in advance to the Cloverdale Lions Club for putting together a fundraiser for St. Patrick’s Day. I am looking forward to seeing you there, this will be a fun and amazing time; the Lions Club is an amazing group. Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart. I feel so much love from all directions and it heals me, gives me so much strength and promise. I am truly blessed. I know no matter what I will be OK. Thank you, you all rock. Love, light and laughter.
