Editor: In response to last week’s letter from Ms. Ham, and representing one of the five other grocery stores in town, our staff is coached and trained on where all products are and to accompany customers to their proper location.

Editor: I’m a little mystified by Lorraine Ham’s charming account of her neighborly search for mincemeat at the supermarket in Vineyard Plaza, in which she mentions “the only other grocery store in our town.”
Without working too hard at it, I can think of at least three other grocery stores. I’m sure there are others. Have they suddenly gone out of business? Please look into this and let us know.
