Letter: Thanks for the support

Editor: The Rotary Club of Healdsburg and the Healdsburg
Education Foundation wish to express their thanks for the
community’s support in making the recent yard sale held at Foss
Creek Elementary School a success. The sale netted in excess of
$1,800, which will be split equally between Rotary’s scholarship
program and the Healdsburg Education Foundation. Thanks to all
members of the community who donated items for the sale, to the
Healdsburg Unified School District for the use of Foss Creek School
and, finally, to both the Salvation Army and Good Will for
accepting our unsold items. All unsold books and video tapes were
donated to Friends of the Healdsburg Library for their next books
sale.
