Analy traveled to Windsor in a much-anticipated game on April 11 and the game did not disappoint, developing into a see-saw battle that would be decided late. Windsor took an early 3-0 lead until the Tigers mounted a comeback to knot the contest at 3-3 in the fifth. Analy took a brief 4-3 lead in the sixth, but Windsor plated two runs in the bottom of the frame to escape with a 5-4 win. Rasmussen (6 IP, 10 hits, 5 ERs) took a tough loss, with top batters Brea Lawrence (2 for 3, RBI), Sam Caughie (1 for 3, run, RBI) and Kraemer (1 for 4, run, RBI).Â
At press time Analy was in second place in the NBL Oak Division, prepping for an April 16 home clash with first-place Rancho Cotate, followed by a home tilt with Montgomery on April 18 (4 p.m.). The Tigers will compete in the Napa Tournament on April 19.
