Joyce “Joy” Lee Hill-Rowe, 67, passed away at Santa Rose Memorial Hospital on November 14, 2016. Joyce was born in Cleveland, Texas.
In 1959, she moved to Windsor. Joyce loved to knit and crochet. Music was a passion for her. She was also an enthusiast of mystery and crime novels.
Joyce is survived by her husband Lavonia Rowe, Santa Rosa; children Rhonda Reed, Ashville, NC; Sandra Reed, Kelseyville, CA; Pearl Reed, Windsor, CA; and Eric Hill, Santa Rosa, CA; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on November 17, 2016, at Eggen & Lance Chapel, located at 1540 Mendocino Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA.
