Jon Damien Beltrami, a Healdsburg native, passed away at home, the morning of Friday, January 20, 2017, five days before his 57th birthday. Jon is survived by his parents, Dante and Mary Beltrami, and his brother Jim Beltrami of Larkfield, his first wife Tana Dawson of Rohnert Park, his sister and brother-in-law; Erin and Jeff Carver of Browne Valley, his two sons Anthony Beltrami and Tommy Belli; his longtime friend and significant other for many years, Lynn Bond of Healdsburg, and her daughters, Chelsea Bond and Sarah Bond Stullken, and many, many more close friends and relatives.
Jon was a very thoughtful and giving man who touched the hearts of many and especially loved to make people laugh. He was proud of his volunteer firefighting days, was proud of those he loved, and made an impact on others to always live in the now. Since he was in high school, Jon experienced the loss of so many of his close friends over the years, but he also is survived by many more. As he touched all of our hearts, those he is survived by will miss him very much. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to all of you for those who shared Jon as a friend.
Jon’s death came as a shock. He had struggled with diabetes for years but his death was still sudden and unexpected.
Family services were provided on Saturday, February 4 for members of his immediate family, and an opportunity to gather and to say good bye is coming up. All of Jon’s friends and family members are invited and encouraged to attend a Celebration of his Life on Saturday, February 25th, starting at 12:00 noon at the B and B Lounge at 1239 Healdsburg Avenue in Healdsburg. Jon touched many hearts and would want nothing more than for us all to be together to say good bye. . . until we meet again.
