Longtime Healdsburg resident Arline Hotle Smith passed away last month at age 89. She and her husband of 62 years, Bill, “moved to Healdsburg with their three children in 1976,” according to her obituary. They were known to “travel extensively on their boat, circling the globe several times.” Bill passed away back in fall 2022. The local couple leaves behind three kids — Arlie, Lynne and David — plus 10 grandkids and eight great-great-grandkids. Arline “is best remembered for always being there for” them “with time and love,” her obit says. “Our hearts are broken, but our memories are bright.” (Source: Legacy.com & Legacy.com)
