HHS athletes encouraged to complete fall paperwork

With the start of the fall high school sports season just around
the corner, the HHS athletic department is encouraging all
participants to complete the mandatory paperwork as soon as
possible. Athletes will not be allowed to practice until all forms
are turned in.
Required forms include the following: Athletic Participation
(white, parent and student signature), NCS Ejection Policy (white,
both signatures), Co-Curricular Policy (white, both signatures) and
CIF Steroid Notification paper (white, both signatures).
In addition, players must pay a $100 participation fee.
Insurance (Meyers-Stevens) is also offered at an affordable rate
through the school and can be purchased just for their sports¹
season.
Athletic packets can be picked up at Dr. Pyle¹s office at
Healdsburg Primary Care.
