12:38 a.m. Unlicensed driver on Dry Creek Road, citation issued for driving without a license, excessive speed, drug paraphernalia and violation of parole.
3:25 p.m. Fraud reported at HPD on Center Street, fraudulent $12,000 loan taken out in subject’s name.
3:32 p.m. Accident with injury on Kennedy Lane.
3:45 p.m. Fraud on Grove Street.
Tuesday, OCTOBER 24
10:01 am. Accident with property damage only on Mill Street.
11:15 a.m. Graffiti on Healdsburg Avenue.
11:21 a.m. Petty theft on Healdsburg Avenue.
11:45 a.m. Burglary to vehicle on Falcon Way, camera, 100 cases of Red Bull and cases of soda taken. Burglary victim was recent fire victim and had all belongings in her vehicle.
6:18 p.m. Petty theft at high school on Prince Avenue, cell phone stolen, tracked to Windsor.
9:19 p.m. Accident with property damage only at North Street and Healdsburg Avenue, arrest made for drunk driving.
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 25
9:28 a.m. Accident with injury on Vine Street.
6:50 p.m. Drunk driver at Highway 101 and Old Redwood Highway. Transferred to other agency.
6:59 pm. Drunk driver on Healdsburg Avenue, same vehicle as above incident, citation given for driving on a suspended license, negative for DUI.
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 26
8:04 a.m. Accident with injury on Fitch Street, bicyclist rode into car door.
9:04 a.m. Drug activity at high school, students under the influence of marijuana, cited into diversion program.
9:20 a.m. Graffiti on East Street.
10:49 a.m. Disturbance on Sherman Street.
2:26 p.m. Petty theft on Healdsburg Avenue.
4:19 p.m. Disturbance at Mill Street and Westside Road, fight reported under the overpass, arrest made.
7:58 p.m. Hit and run accident at North Fitch Mountain Road and Revel Road, arrest made.
9:09 p.m. Drunk driver on Healdsburg Avenue.
11:57 p.m. Driving on a suspended license on Grove Street, citation given for driving on a suspended license.
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 27
10:12 a.m. Battery at high school.
3:37 p.m. Vandalism on Healdsburg Avenue.
4:38 p.m. Disturbance on Piper Street, unable to locate.
10:17 p.m. Warrant service on Westside Road, citation issued.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 28
6:16 p.m. Reckless driver on Grant Avenue.
8:23 p.m. Fireworks violation on Heron Drive, unable to locate.
8:24 p.m. Drug influence reported at HPD on Center Street, subject came into the station talking irrationally.
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 29
4:19 a.m. Battery on Healdsburg Avenue.
11:03 a.m. Accident with property damage only on Center Street.
4:42 p.m. Disturbance on Plaza Park on Healdsburg Avenue, verbal altercation handled by private security, checks out OK.
