Healdsburg Police Department

MONDAY, AUGUST 20
1:17 p.m. Warrant service on Healdsburg Avenue, arrest made.
2:52 p.m. Violation of court order on Grant Street, caller reports person who has a court order against them was sitting in caller’s house when he returned home, arrest made.
3:46 p.m. Hit and run accident on Healdsburg Avenue.
5:30 p.m. Vandalism on University Street, vehicle egged.
TUESDAY, AUGUST 21
10:33 a.m. Accident with property damage only at Powell Avenue and University Street, semi hit a tree and knocked it down.
11:05 a.m. Accident with property damage only at Matheson Street and Fitch Street, vehicle rear-ended.
11:30 a.m. Petty theft on Center Street, wallet stolen from vehicle, subject called back later to report wallet was located.
2:53 p.m. Warrant service at Healdsburg Avenue and University Street, arrest made.
8:49 p.m. Hit and run accident on Healdsburg Avenue.
10:26 p.m. Disturbance on Canyon Run, checks out OK.
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 22
11:17 a.m. Hit and run accident on Vine Street.
2:53 p.m. Fraud on Prince Avenue.
8:08 p.m. Violation of court order on Grant Street.
THURSDAY, AUGUST 23
2:20 p.m. Accident with property damage only on Mill Street.
3:51 p.m. Accident with injury on Vine Street, man hit gas instead of brake and hit a pole, transferred to other agency.
4:49 p.m. Violation of court order on Monte Vista Avenue, three emails received from subject in violation of court order.
FRIDAY, AUGUST 24
5:37 a.m. Pubic intoxication at Powell Avenue and Healdsburg Avenue, subject dancing in middle of street.
9:13 a.m. Petty theft on Healdsburg Avenue.
3:03/3:41 p.m. Stolen vehicle on Healdsburg Avenue, caller reported vehicle stolen after he parked it this morning. As report was being taken, Sheriff’s office located the vehicle and it was returned to owner. Arrest made.
4:01 a.m. Hit and run accident on Healdsburg Avenue, accident occurred on 8/21.
4:41 a.m. Vandalism to vehicle on Powell Avenue, subject yelled at vehicle owner that she had to move her car and then punched vehicle.
6:09 p.m. Stolen property/vehicle recovery on Healdsburg Avenue. While on scene regarding stolen vehicle earlier, officers noticed a vehicle parked nearby in an odd way, with windows down and keys inside. Dispatch tracked car and made contact with Ukiah PD, who reported the vehicle’s owner had attempted to report it stolen earlier but did not know license plate number as vehicle was not yet in her name. Owner called by Ukiah PD and determination ongoing as to whether to report as stolen and recovered. In the interim, vehicle brought to HPD and secured.
6:13 p.m.  Embezzlement on South Fitch Mountain Road, subject reports son’s friend took car for service and never brought it back, though she cannot remember when. Caller’s son reports vehicle is at a shop to be sold, but mother still has title, and friend is a caretaker who has never had the vehicle.
11:02 p.m. Drunk driver at Old Redwood Highway and the Central Healdsburg offramp, unable to locate.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 25
9:23 a.m. Arrest for previous incident on Presidential Circle.
1:31 p.m. Stolen vehicle on Vine Street.
1:53 p.m. Arrest for a previous incident on Presidential Circle, arrest made for violation of a protective/stay away order.
7:38 p.m. Vandalism to vehicle on University Street, white paint on tires reported, in fact it was marking chalk put there by the HPD for vehicles parked on the street more than 72 hours. Unfounded.
9:46 p.m. Accident with property damage only at First Street and Matheson Street.
SUNDAY, AUGUST 26
4:30 p.m. Disturbance at Piper Street and Johnson Street.
4:36 p.m. Stolen vehicle on Vine Street, subject reports vehicle last seen in parking lot on 8/18 and it is no longer there.

Healdsburg Fire Department

MONDAY, AUGUST 20
1:14 a.m. Medical aid on Dry Creek Road for a fall victim.
2:12 a.m. Medical aid on Dry Creek Road for a 90-year-old man who needed help getting up off of the ground.
TUESDAY, AUGUST 21
10:32 a.m. Vehicle accident on Powell Avenue for a big rig that hit a tree with the trailer, no power lines involved. Due to the way the tree was lying over the truck, driver was instructed to call a tree company via dispatch.
1:41 p.m. Medical aid on Prince Street for a woman with mental health complications. Assisted with packaging for transport to Sutter.
8:07 p.m. Medical aid on Plaza Street for a man feeling weak. He had been sitting on a bench and waved for help. Assisted with packaging for transport to Healdsburg District Hospital.
11:29 p.m. Medical aid on Plaza Street for a man having difficulty breathing and feeling clammy. Assisted with packaging for transport to Healdsburg District Hospital.
THURSDAY, AUGUST 23
11:17 a.m. Hazardous chemical spill on Alexander Valley Road. Provided mutual aid response to assist with decontamination of two patients who had been exposed to hazardous materials.
3:53 p.m. Medical aid on Vine Street for a solo vehicle accident with two occupants. First patient was evaluated and released, the second refused treatment. Fire assisted with environmental cleanup and traffic control.
FRIDAY, AUGUST 24
5:04 p.m. Medical aid on Sequoia Circle for an 87-year-old man lying prone with right arm and head pain from a fall. Assisted with packaging for transport to Memorial.
10:03 a.m. Medical aid on Presidential Circle for an 80-year-old woman lying supine and feeling dizzy, nauseous, and faint. Assisted with packaging for transport to Kaiser.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 25
11:47 a.m. Medical aid on University Street for a 74-year-old woman feeling dizzy and faint. Assisted with packaging for transport to Healdsburg Hospital.
SUNDAY, AUGUST 26
7:16 a.m. Medical aid on Brown Street for a 72-year-old woman lying supine feeling dizzy, nauseous and faint. Assisted with packaging for transport to Kaiser.
10:47 a.m. Fire investigation on University Street. Assisted HPD in observing a small area of BBQ ash to ensure the coals were fully extinguished. Incident cleared.
