11:09 p.m. Threats on Vine Street, subject complaining of being “harassed by tweakers.”

10:21a.m. Accident with property damage only at Dry Creek Road and Grove Street.
1:10 p.m. Vandalism to vehicle reported at HPD on Center Street, hoodie and laptop removed from unlocked vehicle.
3:51 p.m. Drug activity on Prince Avenue, citation issued for a minor in possession of marijuana.
4:36 p.m. Accident with property damage only at Center Street and Plaza Street.
6:43 p.m. Alcohol violation on Vine Street, warning given.
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 14
6:26 a.m. Driving on a suspended license at Healdsburg Avenue and Alexander Valley Road, citation issued.

12:42 p.m. Fraud reported at HPD on Center Street.
1:13 p.m. Vandalism to vehicle on Grant Street.
4:30 p.m. Accident with property damage only at roundabout on Healdsburg Avenue.
4:59 p.m. Drunk driver on March Avenue, arrest made.
5:29 p.m. Disturbance on Paul Wittke Drive, caller’s aunt is causing issues at their house. Parties separated, no charges pressed.
