7:16 p.m. Disturbance on Bridle Path, subject served with a DMV re-exam following a traffic incident.

4:56 p.m. Fraud on Burgundy Road, mail stolen, check attempted to be cashed.
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 13
11:09 a.m. Petty theft on Healdsburg Avenue.
12:08 p.m. Petty theft on Healdsburg Avenue, subject from previous call returned, citation issued.
2:25 p.m. Fraud on Prune Tree Drive, fictitious activity on Offer Up app.
2:33 p.m. Accident with property damage only on Healdsburg Avenue.
5:41 p.m. Petty theft on Center Street, subject released with a warning.
5:50 p.m. Petty theft reported at HPD on Center Street, iPhone taken from table during Hanukkah festival. Phone later found, had been picked up by someone else on accident.
6:09 p.m. Petty theft reported on Center Street, same subject as previous Center Street incident has returned and stolen items again, owners wish to press charges, citation issued.
7:43 p.m. Public intoxication on Vine Street.
8:00 p.m. Reckless driver on Healdsburg Avenue.
9:01 p.m. Public intoxication on Vine Street.
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 14
8:56 a.m. Fraud reported at HPD on Center Street.
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 15
1:50 a.m. Mail tampering at Grove Street and West Grant Street, arrest made, released on citation.
7:08 a.m. Warrant service at Dry Creek Road and Grove Street, unable to locate.
10:32 a.m. Warrant service on Grove Street, arrest made.
12:15 a.m. Assault reported at HPD on Center Street. Subject reported assault/attempted murder which occurred in Indiana on 12/11. Subject fled to Healdsburg to be with family, report taken.
1:50 p.m. Counterfeit bills on Healdsburg Avenue.
2:29 p.m. Burglary to vehicle at Piper Street and First Street.
2:45 p.m. Petty theft on University Avenue, ID stolen.
3:30 p.m. Accident with property damage only at Matheson Street and University Street.
4:35 p.m. Accident with property damage only on Healdsburg Avenue.
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 16
12:16 a.m. Disturbance on Healdsburg Avenue.
12:20 a.m. Drunk driver at Healdsburg Avenue and Bailhache Avenue, referred to other agency.

Healdsburg Fire Department

MONDAY, DECEMBER 11
9:25 a.m. Medical aid for 60-year-old woman on Oakleaf Avenue who fainted. Transported to Healdsburg District Hospital.
11:22 a.m. Responded to a vehicle accident on US 101 at the Central Healdsburg exit. No medical merit, no environmental damage.
11:37 a.m. Medical aid for 70-year-old woman who was altered and not responding normally on Mason Street.
3:20 p.m. Responded to a broken gas line due to road construction on Chiquita Road. Remained on scene until gas was secured by PG&E.
11:32 p.m. Odor investigation on Healdsburg Avenue, smelled like diesel fuel. Odor coming from US 101 construction.
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 12
5:38 a.m. Medical aid for a 79-year-old woman laying on the floor bleeding from the back of her head on Grove Street. Cleaned wound and released.
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 13
1:32 a.m. Medical aid for a 90-year-old woman with difficulty breathing on Harold Lane.
3:06 a.m. Medical aid for 50-year-old man with abdominal pain on Center Street.
6:07 a.m. Medical aid for 85-year-old man with abdominal pain on Grove Street.
10:29 a.m. Vehicle extrication on US 101. Driver in a pickup truck struck the rear end of a parked truck on the freeway at high speed. Driver uninjured but couldn’t get out of the vehicle. Removed the driver door of the truck to get driver out.
2:58 p.m. Medical aid for an 86-year-old woman who suffered a ground level fall resulting in a laceration on her chin on Center Street.
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 14
6:28 a.m. Vehicle accident off of the road on Mill Creek Road. No occupants found at scene. Contacted CHP.
8:33 a.m. Odor investigation on Healdsburg Avenue. Determined odor was coming from load of manure.
1:52 p.m. Medical aid for 72-year-old man with low blood sugar on Raven Court.
9:18 p.m. Fire investigation at intersection of Dry Creek Road and Kinley. A homeless encampment was on fire. Extinguished a 20-foot by 30-foot fire.
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 15
3:36 p.m. After a non-injury vehicle accident on Matheson Street and University Street, performed environmental cleanup and confirmed non-injury.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 16
8:00 p.m. Medical aid for a 47-year-old woman who was dizzy and nauseous on Plaza Street.
8:14 p.m. Medical aid for 50-year-old man complaining of a head injury secondary to an assault on Healdsburg Avenue.
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 17
8:58 a.m. Fire investigation on McDonough Heights Road. Observed a large smoldering burn pile. Caller had dumped ash last night and woke up to the fire. Extinguished with approximately 250 gallons of tank water.
11:37 p.m. Medical aid for a 30-year-old man who was dizzy on Vine Street.
